Le Bistro Barrière est la table du Casino Barrière, au Cap d'Agde, du côté du rond-point Carré d'As. Une adresse bistronomique, à l'ambiance cosy, avec une terrasse pour l'été. La cuisine reste dans la veine bistrot : gourmande, réconfortante, sans chichi. Elle fait la part belle aux produits de saison et aux classiques des bistrots français. À côté, il y a un bar-lounge où prendre un verre, avec des cocktails maison. De quoi prolonger la soirée après le repas, ou commencer par là. Le restaurant sert le midi et le soir, tous les jours.
