Feu d'artifice Agde

On August 15th, Agde holds its breath. When night falls on the banks of the Hérault and the first rockets light up the sky, the entire historic center glows. The grand fireworks display on August 15th is one of those occasions you wouldn't miss for anything in the world, whether you're a lifelong Agathois or vacationing at Cap d'Agde.

The setting alone is worth the trip. Bursts of light explode over the river, right across from the Château Laurens, that Art Nouveau jewel standing guard over the banks.
