This privacy policy describes how the agde.city website (hereinafter the "Site") collects, uses and protects the personal data of its users, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended.

When you browse the Site, technical data may be collected via audience measurement tools (in particular Google Analytics 4): IP address (anonymised where applicable), browser type, pages viewed, visit duration, source, device data. This data is only collected with your consent, expressed via the cookie banner.
2.2 Professional area
When creating a professional listing or publishing an advertisement, the following are collected: last name, first name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, business address, and any information entered in the listing.
2.3 Contact form
When you contact us (by e-mail or via a form), the data you provide is collected: name, e-mail address, and the content of your message.

4. Data recipients
The data collected is intended exclusively for the publisher. It may be processed by technical subcontractors acting on behalf of the publisher, in particular:
- OVH SAS (hosting, France);
- Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC (audience measurement — Google Analytics 4), subject to your consent;
- Supabase (database).
The publisher does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Some subcontractors (for example Google) may involve a transfer of data outside the European Union; such transfers are then governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses of the European Commission).
