Avenue des Sergents — Iconic Quarter, Cap d'Agde

Rambla du Soleil

The central pedestrian promenade of the Iconic Quarter: shops, restaurant terraces, fountains, green spaces and night markets. The vibrant heart of the neighbourhood.

100% car-free zone

A Mediterranean promenade

The name Rambla du Soleil is no coincidence. The designers of the Iconic Quarter — architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte and developer Kaufman & Broad — drew inspiration from the great Mediterranean pedestrian promenades: Barcelona's La Rambla, Valencia's Rambla del Mar. Spaces where you stroll, linger, where the street is a way of life.

The Rambla du Soleil links the Carré d'As roundabout to the Congress Centre. Along the way: ground-floor boutiques, restaurant terraces beneath trees, planted spaces with fountains and contemporary street furniture. From this promenade you reach Cap Shopping Iconic, Casino Barrière and the residential buildings of the neighbourhood.
