The Iconic Quarter was completed between 2019 and 2022, making its apartments among the newest in Cap d'Agde — built to modern standards of insulation, construction and equipment. A clear advantage in a resort where much of the rental stock dates from the 1970s–1990s.
The Iconic residence consists of Jean-Michel Wilmotte's four circular towers. At the centre: a landscaped courtyard with a communal pool and relaxation areas. The location is excellent — step outside and you're immediately on the Rambla du Soleil, with restaurants, boutiques, the casino and the congress centre all within easy walking distance.

Tip: book several months in advance for July–August. June and September offer better availability and more competitive rates.
